My background and bio consists from that I am graduated from Mendeleev Chemical-technology university in Russia as engineer and on organization and management of international economic relations field Western university in Azerbaijan. I worked on various state positions. I worked as Vice mayor of Sheki city. Worked as assistant of State property Committee. Worked as Head of department of Ministry of Trade of Azerbaijan. Worked during many years in Private sector in positions as chairman of board of Joint venture AzRosPromInvest. Was honored from President of Azerbaijan with special honors. I am honored with honor "Sodruzhestvo" Now i am founder of Institute of Global Problems Institute and member of board of trustee. Now I am vice chairman of State Agency of Mineral Resources. Also member of Council of "AzerGold" State joint company. Member of leading board of Anglo-Asian Mining Company. İ am married and my spouse is head of chair of Architecutre and Construction University. Have 2 sons. Elder is graduated from Bilkent and ADA University.  Little son graduated from Oil and İndustry from Azerbaijan.
